2008-2009
The
Montachusett Ski Club is pleased to announce the new
2008-2009 “Pre-season” Discount Lift Ticket
Program. The
Club in association with the Connecticut Ski Council (CSC) is making the
Annual ONE TIME Pre-Season offer between Sept 9th
& Oct. 8th
to its PAID 2008/2009 members for the purchase of “PRE-SEASON”
DISCOUNTED lift ticket vouchers.
Order forms and payment must be received by DEADLINE
of Wednesday Oct. 8th
Ticket vouchers can be purchased from the Ski Club by completing
the attached order form by the Deadline
Date and submitting it with FULL payment to Club Rep.
All Order Forms and Full Payment must be
received by Jack no later than
Wednesday Oct. 8, 2008.
NO EXCEPTIONS
These
vouchers are valid 7 days a week during the ski season and have no restrictions
or blackouts.

remember the following RULES & guidelines:
1.
Tickets may be purchased by paid-up 2008/2009
Ski Club members ONLY. In order to take advantage of this offer, current Ski
Club members must RENEW their membership; new members must sign-up and pay for
membership in theMontachusett Ski Club.
2.
These discounted vouchers are to be used ONLY
by member(s) of the Ski Club (or member(s) of any the clubs participating in
the Connecticut Ski Council-CSC). Distribution
or use of these tickets by non Ski Club or non CSC
members will result in forfeiture of
your Discounted lift ticket privileges and other
future programs. Remember,
all vouchers are numbered and recorded at the time of sale to each club.
Tickets that are sold to, or used by non-members can be traced back to the club
and the club member who originally purchased the tickets. Please
don’t abuse this program or the “entire club” will loose this benefit.

Ticket Vouchers must be redeemed at the
individual Mountain ticket windows (Ascutney, Okemo, Stratton,, Bromley,

All
guidelines and rules will be strictly upheld in order to maintain the integrity
of the program. Violations will result
in forfeiture of the individuals club membership, and may
result in the member’s club being expelled from the Connecticut Ski
Council. The Bulk Ticket Program is
intended only for the use of bona fide members of the Montachusett
Ski Club or Connecticut Ski Council and their immediate family. Bulk tickets
will only be sold to members with appropriate identification and valid club
membership cards. The distribution of these tickets or vouchers through other
avenues will result in forfeiture of the bulk ticket program and other future
programs. Theses vouchers are good for
the entire 2008-2009 ski season weekends and holiday periods included,
there are no blackouts or non-valid dates. A percentage of unused vouchers “may”
be returned for partial credit toward the purchase of bulk tickets
for the 2009-2010 ski season. Final return information
and eligibility will be determined by the individual mountains at the end of
the season. ALL RETURNS must be done by SPRING 09 deadline to be announced. WATCH
