Payment Schedule

- Deposit on Summer Outing & then payments due at the first four club meetings (Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec.)

- Cut-off date is 12/19/08

- Single Rate/ $2,130 / $130 dep. + 4 payments of $500 = $2,130 - Double Rate / $1535 / $135 dep. + 4 payments of $350 = $1,535

- Triple Rate/ $1375 / $175 Dep. + 4 payments of $300 = $1375 - Quad Rate / 1205 / $155 Dep. + 3 payments of $350 = $1,205

- Names must be written as they appear on photo ID. Flight & rooming manifest due with balance

- Trip Cancellation/Interruption insurance is available and highly recommended

- No Air please deduct $485. – Single supplement please add $595. – No lift please deduct $238.
