Membership
"dues are due" and we ask that all membership forms be thoroughly
completed! Our
membership now runs May 1st through April 30th. The club
would "greatly" appreciate your
cooperation
in submitting your dues during the month of May to allow
us to put deposits down during
the summer for next season's trips. All members, including
seniors, need to fill out a membership
form. Please
renew membership now to stay on our mailing list!!!
Dear Club Members,
Our club looks forward
to socializing and having fun and in doing so, we will not
tolerate inappropriate language, disrespect or behavior
towards fellow members at any given time. If these types
of actions are demonstrated by a club member, or members
we will then be forced to take appropriate disciplinary
action.
Any formal complaint from
club member's must be submitted in writing to the Board
of Director's with specific details.
Sincerely,
Club Officers and Board
of Directors.
After the first Club meeting, all weekend
trips and the week trip will be open to nonmembers.
Day Trip
Policy: A $10.00 deposit is mandatory to get your name on
the
sign-up
list. If you need to cancel, you must contact the trip coordinator
within
48 hrs. of departure, less than 48 hrs., you forfeit your
deposit.
Also,
we need 25 Members to make the trip cost effective, remember
it's
a free
bus ride for members! This is part of what your membership
dues
pays for,
the bus. The more trips you participate in, the cheaper
your
membership
dues become. We need to have this $10.00 deposit to
get an
accurate count of seriously interested people who plan to
ski that
day. If
you call to sign up and do not put up your $10.00 deposit,
and then
you are
a no show on the day of the trip, you will be assessed the
$10.00.
Please remember, if you have anything you would like included
in the newsletter, just e-mail it to me, Don
Pierce I'd like to have more input from club members.
Thanks, Don
